- Transformed SME product application flows from manual (chat-based) operations to fully integrated end-to-end transactions with 3 major banks across Bank Guarantees and Business Loans.
- Designed integrations supporting document upload, qualified electronic signature (QES) on-platform, real-time bank status tracking, and application amendment workflows.
- Drove architectural decision to extract dedicated client data and document/signing microservices - enabling horizontal scaling of integration processes across product lines.
- Reduced bank guarantee approval time from up to 3 days to under 15 minutes through deep integration with partner banks.
- Designed and launched a multi-bank SME credit selection storefront (sravni.ru/biznes-kredity) from scratch - product won FINAWARD 2025 industry award.
- Built a scalable frontend architecture that allowed rapid rollout of the same application flow to Leasing and Bank Guarantee product lines.
